Will tell more later. I have to go to bed, but I'm super wired right now.

I knew this would happen one of these days.

Broken toe+having to walk everywhere=excruciating pain.

and also...

Happy Election Night, everyone!

*sits back with a satisfied, smug smile*

Hello!

So life has been pretty insane lately. On October 23rd, I went to Bridgewater, NJ to meet Bruce Springsteen's sax player, Clarence Clemons. Barring the fact that I left my cell phone on the bus, it was an amazing day, and I'm so glad I did it. It was worth all of the trouble for a handshake and this picture.
Me and the Big Man himself.

Kayleigh came to visit this weekend! It had been three months since we had seen each other, and that's totally unacceptable and also the longest we've ever been apart, haha. So it was awesome to see her.

Saturday night (Halloween), we went out to dinner in the East Village and went to 10 minutes of the Halloween parade, but then it started raining.

So we just went to the apartment and goofed off, which we're good at.
It was like we were roommates again!
On Sunday we went to Next to Normal because Kayleigh hadn't seen it (she loved it!), went out to Indian food for with Alison and Katie, and hung out in Rockefeller Center.

We like this statue.

Then we went and wandered Times Square for awhile, and I saw Kiril Kulish walking by, which was exciting! Such a cutie.

On Monday we went and walked along the Brooklyn Heights promenade, which has some of the most gorgeous views of Manhattan, and is just all-around a great neighborhood.

This is Kayleigh on the block we're moving to next year, haha.

So yeah, that's what I've been up to. That and studying like crazy.

We had some excited in Apartment 3C tonight. An hour or so ago, I broke my toe. I can barely walk. I called the Johnsons because I figured they'd know what to do and talked to Jenn, so I'm icing it and elevating it, but it's not feeling so hot, and I'm worried about walking to class tomorrow. So that was a little more excitement than I would have liked.
